Returns

Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for items purchased directly from shop.norvi.lk.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and undamaged – Items must be in their original, unaltered condition
  • Original packaging – All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and components must be included
  • Proof of purchase – A valid receipt, order confirmation, or invoice is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-configured or specially ordered controllers
  • Products with broken seals on software or firmware
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or external factors
  • Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

Refund Process

Step 1: Inspection

Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email when your return is received and again after the inspection is complete.

Step 2: Approval

If your return meets our eligibility requirements, we will approve your refund and notify you immediately. If your return is not approved, we will provide a detailed explanation and offer alternative solutions when possible.

Step 3: Processing

Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer
  • Bank Transfers: May take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account
  • Digital Wallets: Usually processed within 3-5 business days

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items showing signs of use beyond basic inspection
  • Items returned without all original components or packaging
  • Items returned after the 30-day window (at our discretion)

Shipping & Return Costs

Customer Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (defective product, incorrect item shipped, etc.)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately at support@icd.lk
  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Full refund including original shipping costs will be issued

Return Shipping Recommendations

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. NORVI Controllers is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

For defective products within the warranty period, please refer to our Warranty Policy for replacement options.

  1. Contact Us: Email support@icd.lk with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  3. Pack Securely: Include the RMA number inside the package and on the shipping label
  4. Ship: Send the item to the address provided in your return authorization

Important Notes

Third-Party Purchases

This return and refund policy applies only to purchases made directly through NORVI Shop If you purchased your NORVI Controller from a third-party retailer, authorized distributor, or reseller, please refer to their specific return and refund policy. NORVI Controllers cannot process returns or refunds for products purchased through third parties.

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return shipment. These charges are non-refundable.

Warranty vs. Returns

This return policy is separate from our product warranty. For warranty claims on defective products, please refer to our Warranty Policy or contact support@icd.lk.
