When reporting a technical issue, please provide enough detail so our team and community can reproduce it quickly.
Use the following format when posting in the Bugs & Fixes category.1. Product Information
Product model (e.g., NORVI IIOT-AE02-I, NORVI X DI-4 Card)
Firmware / SDK version (e.g., ESP-IDF v5.2.2 or Arduino-ESP32 3.0.5)
Hardware revision (if printed on PCB)
2. Description of the Issue
What is happening?
What did you expect to happen instead?
3. Setup Details
Power source and voltage
Connected sensors, peripherals, or modules
Communication interfaces used (RS-485, MQTT, Modbus, etc.)
4. Steps to Reproduce
List exact steps that lead to the problem. Example:
Power on the device
Send MQTT connect command
Observe that the module resets
5. Logs / Console Output
Copy any serial or debug messages here, inside a code block (
…).
Attach screenshots or files if relevant.6. What You’ve Tried
Mention any troubleshooting steps you’ve already taken — re-flashing, using different power supply, or isolating the circuit.
7. Expected vs Actual Behavior
Example:
Expected: Sensor values to update every 10 seconds
Actual: Values update once and then freeze8. Additional Notes
Include anything else that might help — environmental conditions, custom firmware changes, etc.
Example post title:
[NORVI IIOT-AE02-I] 4–20 mA Input Reads 0 mA after Warm-upTip:
The clearer and more complete your report, the faster we can reproduce and fix it.
